Project L.O.V.E., (Law Officer Voucher and Enforcement), is a program designed to save children from serious injury and death in motor vehicle crashes.  During a traffic stop, a law enforcement officer can give a voucher for a free child safety seat to parents or caregivers who are not using a child safety seat or are using one that is unsafe.  The voucher can be redeemed at one of the locations listed below.  Instruction on proper child safety seat use and installation is provided by a certified child passenger safety technician at the site.
